Animal vs. vegetable based protein.

Here’s an article that takes a straight on look at the issue of animal protein and what it does to your body. This issue was brought up to me in a very direct way as I was helping my friend deal with recovery after heart surgery (CABG to you medical types). The doctor caring for us told us specifically that limiting animal proteins would reduce the risk of heart disease, and in the case of my friend, slow the progression of what he already had.

Just some food for thought.
